From the Form 8-K filed with the SEC on 8/23/2006 -- On August 18, 2006 Team Financial, Inc. chose to redeem all of the Team Financial Capital Trust I 9.50% Subordinated Debentures, due August 10, 2031 at a redemption price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Securities, or $16,005,160, plus interest accrued and unpaid up to, but not including, the redemption date of September 18, 2006. The Company provided written notice of the intent to redeem to Wilmington Trust Company, (the "Trustee") and the Trustee notified the Trust's preferred and common security holders of the call within the redemption period provided in the Trust Agreement. The Securities trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "TFINP", however, trading will cease upon redemption.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: Team Financial Capital Trust I, 9.50% Cumulative Trust Preferred Securities, liquidation amount $10 per share, guaranteed by Team Financial Inc. (Nasdaq: TFIN), redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 8/10/2006 at $10 per share plus accrued and unpaid dividends, maturing 8/10/2031, distributions of 9.50% per annum are paid quarterly on 3/31, 6/30, 9/30 & 12/31 to holders of record one business day prior to the payment date. The company has the right, at any time, to defer interest payments for up to 20 consecutive quarters (see IPO prospectus for details). The trust's assets consist of the 9.50% Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due 8/10/2031 which were purchased from the company using the funds generated from the sale of the trust preferred securities.
