INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE: OFS Credit Company, Inc. seeks to generate current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation primarily through investment in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) equity and subordinated debt securities.
The FUND STRATEGY: The Fund intends to invest in CLO securities that the Advisor believes have the potential to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns and to outperform other similar CLO securities issued around the same time.
