Notes: May 25, 2004--Investors First Fund, Inc., a closed-end management investment company, today announced that in keeping with the previously announced distribution policy, the Fund is declaring the following distribution. The stockholders of MGC and another closed-end fund, Cornerstone Strategic Value Fund, Inc. (AMEX:CLM), are currently in the process of considering the approval of a merger of the Fund with and into CLM. This merger will be considered on June 10, 2004, at their respective Annual Meetings of Shareholders. MGC stockholders of record on June 9, 2004 will be entitled to receive the dividend cited above.
