This issue will be called for redemption on September 9, 2013 at $25.00 per share plus any accrued dividends/distributions. ____________ GMAC LLC changed to GMAC Inc. on 6/29/2009 and GMAC Inc. changed to Ally Financial Inc. on 5/7/2010.

QUANTUMONLINE.COM SECURITY DESCRIPTION: GMAC LLC, formerly General Motors Acceptance Corp., 7.35% Notes due 8/08/2032, issued in $25 denominations, redeemable at the issuer's option on or after 8/08/2007 at $25 per share plus accrued and unpaid interest, maturing 8/08/2032, distributions of 7.35% ($1.8375) per annum are paid quarterly on 2/8, 5/8, 8/8 & 11/8 to holders of record on the 15th day of the month prior to the payment date. Distributions paid by these debt securities are interest and as such are NOT eligible for the preferential 15% to 20% tax rate on dividends and are also NOT eligible for the dividend received deduction for corporate holders. Units are expected to trade flat, which means accrued interest will be reflected in the trading price and the purchasers will not pay and the sellers will not receive any accrued and unpaid interest. The Notes are general unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company and will rank equally with all existing and future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness of the company.
